These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and LushFlora Co., Limited or any otherLushFlora Co., Limited party.
